James Franco went to go see Lana Del Rey‘s concert on Friday night at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, and he was down for some tricks, but no treats.
The actor reportedly knocked down a paparazzo as he was leaving, and he was smiling while it happened!
But the photog has since filed a report with the LAPD, stating that he has a minor back injury and broken equipment as a result.

Detectives are going to look into the case this week, so we’ll know more then.
The lesson is that you keep your hands to yourself!
