James Franco Says He Is NOT Hooking Up With Lana Del Rey -- But He 'Would Have Sex With Her Music'

James Franco and Lana Del Rey have been fueling the rumor mill ever since they started hanging out this summer.
But are they getting romantical for realz?

Howard Stern just had to know, so he asked James point blank if he had ever slept with the Summertime Sadness singer.
James said they were just friends and swore they had never even kissed.
Of course Howard couldn’t accept that as an answer; he had to know WHY James wouldn’t pursue such an “exciting” talent! James responded:

“I’ll tell you why, maybe it’s a boring answer. There’s a weird thing with creative types. Sometimes I love a person’s work and, like, I’m just so enamored with that and their persona in their work. But outside of that, it’s like, our dynamic is we’re just kind of friends, we get along so well. But all this sexual attraction is for the person and the work.”

When Howard asks if James would ever consider crossing that line, he gave a very interesting answer. He said:

“I would have sex with her music.”

We can understand that! Gurl has some sexy songs! LOLz!
