Jamie Foxx‘s sidewalk is kind of a d**k!
At least if you believe the woman who took a terrible tumble at his house and blames it on the poorly maintained sidewalk.
Catherine Zeta Jones filed a lawsuit in an El Lay County Court recently, claiming she partied at the Django Unchained star’s house last year before her nasty wipeout!!
She’s suing him for negligence, and asking for at least $10K and an autographed Miami Vice Blu-ray for hospital bills and other expenses.
Jamie hasn’t released a statement.
Ahh, sidewalks! What are you gonna do?!
