Oliver’s pre-tax profits for 2008 were an astonishing 82% higher than his profits from the year before!!!
The TV chef’s book, Ministry of Food, and the global television distribution of his programs allowed Oliver to pay himself close to $2 million!
To compare, celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay saw a steep drop in his profits, barely making $1 million for the year.
