The very same day Queen Bey dressed up as her idol Janet Jackson for Halloween, Janet made her first public appearance in almost a year-and-a-half.
It’s been wayyyyy too long, gurl!!

She stepped out for the Vogue Fashion Dubai Experience in Dubai, and kept her outfit pretty modest. The 48-year-old rocked a simple black dress with a coat featuring metallic cuffs.
Now that Janet has broken her red carpet dry spell, hopefully we’ll be seeing more of the talented musician!!
