Who knew parking lots could be so dangerous???
Well, Janice Dickinson found that out the hard way when she was walking through a Rite Aid parking garage in Beverly Hills and she was allegedly hit in the head by a gate!
OUCHIES!!!
Janice was in enough pain that she went to the UCLA medical center where doctors said that she had actually suffered a pretty bad concussion because of the blow to her noggin!
Well now the former model is SUING both Rite Aid and the parking lot company for negligence, saying they failed to “adequately inspect, maintain and/or control the premises” and that she suffered emotional and physical injuries as a result!
We’re not sure if a lawsuit will make all of the pain go away, but we at least hope Janice is feeling better! And also that Rite Aid got that garage gate fixed! LOLz!
