You remember Jason Biggs, don’t you?! He’s been MIA for a bit, but he’s got a new show coming out on CBS that might just, um… well, at least it’s work!
The official premiere date of Mad Love, Jason’s new comedy on CBS was announced today at their TCA event and the world was given a sneak peek at what’s in store on the new romantic comedy.
Jason is joined by Sarah Chalke, Tyler Labine and Judy Greer in the story of four friends – two who fall in love and two who fall in hate.
Yeah, it sounds like every other sitcom you’ve ever seen, we know, but there might be some hope for it. For one thing, the writers apparently have not forgotten Jason’s humble Pie beginnings. When asked what could be expected of his character in the first few episodes, Jason reveals:
“Without giving too much away, I have sex with a sheet cake in the second episode.”
Ha! Some things never change.
The show premieres on Monday Feb. 21st, probably to complete the block of CBS’ already solid comedies.
