Everything is awesome — again!!!
After the success of 2014’s The Lego Movie, Warner Bros. has announced multiple spin-offs and sequels to expand the plastic franchise.
It’s been reported that funny-man Jason Segel and writer Drew Pearce will pen the script for the newest announced Lego Movie, The Billion Brick Race!!
This is a great duo for the project. Segal helped Disney successfully revive The Muppets a few years back, and Pearce wrote the script for Iron Man 3. The two are also set to co-direct the movie!

The Billion Brick Race is the latest of many announced movies that will be taking place in the Lego universe. Titles already planned to be released are Ninjago in 2016, then The Lego Batman Movie in 2017 and The Lego Movie 2 in 2018!!
