And even though Lady Bey performed Crazy In Love during Sunday’s light-stealing Super Bowl halftime show, her duet partner and hubby Jay-Z was noticeably absent from the limelight…
Because he apparently wanted his wifey to SHINE all by her lonesome!

Plus, Jay was TOO busy tending to his and Beyonce’s baby Blue to join his ladylove on stage!
And it’s not like Jay-Z is going to be absent from Bey’s musical shindigs for long. She named her WORLD TOUR after him, he’s GOTTA make a guest appearance at a concert or two!
