Talk about Flipping Out!
On Wednesday’s season 11 finale of the hit Bravo show, real estate speculator Jeff Lewis FIRED his former friend/longtime employee Jenni Pulos after a 12-year professional relationship.
It all went down in a dramatic AF car ride when Pulos told the group — including RHOM alum Lea Black — that she still wanted to pursue her acting career.

That’s when Lewis whispered to the crew:
“We’re trying to talk about the business, we’re not talking about you and your f***ing non-existent acting career, really makes me mad.”
After Pulos said she wanted to act on a sitcom or Saturday Night Live, Lewis shot back by saying:
“Are you blaming me now, because you’re not where you want to be in your career?”
Pulos responded:
“You’ve always minimized my acting, it’s what you love to do and I am over it.”
After Pulos claimed she turned down an offer to appear in a movie with Nicolas Cage to work with Jeff, Lewis straight up called her a “f***ing liar.”
A week later, the two met up for lunch where Lewis apologized, but decided to part ways with his project manager. He said:
“Am I holding you back from pursuing your dreams? The answer is yes, I’m holding you back.”
Lewis added:
“I think it’s time for you to move on.”
Needless to say, Pulos was shocked by Lewis’ decision:
“I thought we were having lunch to discuss what happened and how to regroup, I didn’t realize that my future at Jeff Lewis Design was over… I thought it was going to be a lifetime… I really considered him as family, and maybe that was a huge mistake.”
Upwards and onwards, Jenni!
