Jenelle Evans‘ ex has filed a restraining order against her, and he’s now making himself busy by trying to warn the rest of the world about her supposed “relentless” vindictiveness!
On Monday, the Teen Mom 2 star’s most recent ex August Keen (who is legally known as Daniel Miranda) told the US Sun that he filed a restraining order against Jenelle late last month in Clark County, Nevada. Keen, who used to be Jenelle’s manager for a time as well, is still awaiting an initial court date on the matter following the January 20 filing.
As you may recall, Keen and Evans were in the news a few months back out in Las Vegas when August accused the MTV veteran of striking him. Now, the manager-turned-boyfrend claims that David Eason‘s ex-wife flipped the script and accused him of hitting her after those allegations.

During his chat on Monday with the US Sun, Keen confirmed the existence of the restraining order and said:
“Jenelle not only made the decision to accuse me of serious accusations, but she set out on a smear hate campaign against me, that hurt those around me that love and care for me. I tried to remain quiet for the kids, but for the last two weeks, she has been relentless.”
August was far from done with his statement, though. He went on by calling what they had together a “toxic relationship” before slamming the “threats, control, manipulation” and more Jenelle allegedly employed over him:
“I have the right as a human being, to disengage and leave a toxic relationship. Threats, control, manipulation and trying to strong-arm me into staying is not love and it’s not safe, Jenelle is a dangerous woman with malicious intent. Her narcissistic personality won’t allow her to take accountability for any of her wrong-doings, she will continue to slander and create false narratives to manipulate the public into taking her side.”
Yikes…
Keen finished:
“This is not a competition or a game, and she will never play with my safety or life again. It stops now, here, with me.”
An insider close to August also confirmed that the restraining order was submitted late last month as a direct result of the aftermath of that aforementioned incident last year. That source made a second (and brand-new) claim, too: that Jenelle allegedly admitted to “hacking into” August’s phone at one point in the recent past and “wiping it.” Whoa!
But to be fair, these new claims from sources go both ways. An insider close to Jenelle told the outlet that she is planning to file her own restraining order against August soon. And furthermore, that source also alleged August showed up at Jenelle’s Vegas home on the final day of January — about ten days after he filed his restraining order — and attempted to make amends and “get back with her.”
Damn!
