Favre's Accusser Won't Sue If NFL Suspends Instead

Jenn Sterger, who accused NFL QB Brett Favre of texting her naked pics of his C&B, says she will not sue if the NFL suspends him.

Although Favre denies the allegations, the former New York Jets sideline reporter has been threatening to release plenty of evidence proving he was harrassing her through sexts.

Sterger’s rep appeared on The Dan Patrick shows and commented:

“If the [NFL] commissioner suspends Favre and puts him in a program to make sure this doesn’t happen again … 100 percent … Jenn would not pursue any litigation against Favre, against the Jets, against anybody.”

Either way, it’s not looking good for Favre, who denies sending pics, but admits to leaving voicemails for her.

Brett is a gentleman. He probably was calling to ask for her permission to send her pics of his QB sized pee-pee, but when she didn’t call him back, he just assumed it was an automatic yes.
