More On Favre's Sexting Scandal! Will He Be Penalized?

Brett Favre’s scandal is now in the hands of the woman who allegedly received the penis pics, Jenn Sterger.
This sexting issue is now at a standstill, since there is not yet proof that the naughty pics were actually sent by Favre.
It turns out the officials need Jenn’s phone in order to prove that Favre sent these crotch shots to her directly.
According to sources, Jenn has turned over the original messages to her attorney…hmm
We just want to know what happened!
