As we previously mentioned, Jerry Sandusky’s lawyer had argued that he needed the trial to be postponed so he could “effectively and adequately” represent his client.
Well now Judge John Cleland has finally decided… the trial will not be delayed!
Finally, this can all get on and justice can finally be served.
That means that jury selection could begin in as little as two weeks.
Sandusky faces 52 criminal counts for the alleged abuse, which he denies, of 10 boys over 15 years.
Cleland ordered a gag order on all the attorneys and everyone else involved in the case, so we’ll try to relay information as it comes out.
We just hope it’s over quickly so these 10 boys, some now men, can get on with their lives.
