JWoww is getting through some tough times with the help of Jersey Shore‘s tight-knit fan base.
During last week’s season premiere of Jersey Shore Family Vacation, Jenni Farley and husband Roger Mathews revealed that their son, Greyson, hadn’t started speaking despite turning two — and doctors were concerned about a potential developmental struggle.

After the show aired, as Farley recounted to E! Online at the 2018 iHeartRadio MMVAs in Toronto on Sunday night, the flood gates of support opened from fans — many of whom were parents themselves.
JWoww said about the “endless” support (below):
“I just started crying holding [Greyson]. I was like, ‘So many people love you!’ And the producers did it right for him and it was such a beautiful moment. And I was like, ‘You know, one day when you’re talking and you’re gonna talk back and you’re gonna be like, mommy I was proud of you just like you’re so proud of me.’ I can’t wait to share that with him.”
Awww!
That follows up a Friday Instagram post Farley made, too, where she thanked fans for supporting her and Greyson as the family consults doctors and tries to get a handle on what may be going on (below):
So touching!
No parent wants to think about the potential consequences of something like that — just saying “developmental struggle” causes anxiety when you’re talking about children like Greyson — but it’s comforting to see SO many people have JWoww’s back!
Count us among them! Wishing the best for Greyson on this path, and for him — and JWoww — to keep finding happiness as he grows up!
