Gird your loins — award season is starting!
Things will obviously hit full throttle in the beginning of 2015, but there are still a ton of smaller award ceremonies to look forward to this year!
The Governors Awards kicked off on Saturday with no shortage of A-list attendees, including Reese Witherspoon and Jessica Chastain, both of whom came ready to win!
They certainly looked like winners in their gorgeous gowns!

Jessica was celestial in a silky ivory Nina Ricci gown with tiered skirt and lace panel along the chest. She really did look like she’d stepped out of a pre-Raphaelite painting or something!
Meanwhile, Reese took a more modern approach with her hot pink sheath dress and sleekly straight locks.
They may have been style opposites, but they totally nailed their respective looks!
