Jessica Simpson walked the Operation Smile Gala red carpet last night in a very print heavy dress by Carolina Herrera.

While she’s doing a fabulous job of sucking it in, the dress does nothing for Jess. It’s just too much on the eyes. And just like her last Carolina dress, her bubbies are too big for it!
