On Thursday, Elijah Wood stopped by The Tonight Show to promote his movie, I Don’t Feel At Home In This World Anymore, which just dropped on Netflix. However, The Lord Of The Rings alum ended up dishing all about his pal Nick Viall‘s current stint on The Bachelor. We repeat, Elijah is friends with Nick. WHAT????

Of course, the late night host had a MILLION questions for Wood — mainly about Corinne and her platinum vagine. Apparently, the industry vet met Viall through their mutual friend Kyle and knew the businessman was going to be the ABC dating show’s lead before it was even announced. Mind blown!
And while the 36-year-old wasn’t initially a fan of The Bachelor, he is now defending that his friend’s intentions on the show are pure. The A-lister explained to Jimmy:
“Here’s the thing about Nick. I think a lot of people question whether he is real or if it’s really real him on the show, in the way that he’s presenting himself, and that is him. He’s a very genuine individual, he’s got a lot of integrity. I can unequivocally say that.”
