OMG, not again!!
Jimmy Kimmel has once again made an unfortunate joke that turned out to be all too serious. As you know, last week BEFORE the White House Correspondents’ Dinner shooting, the late night host made a joke bout Melania Trump being an “expectant widow.” Oof! And now, it’s happened again!
This time, on last Tuesday’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the host joked that Rudy Giuliani “rose from the grave” — and now the former NYC mayor is in the hospital in stable but “critical condition.” Oh, no!

Of course, Jimmy had no way of knowing Rudy was sick, but the fact he said this just DAYS before his hospitalization is so, so eerie. We mean, how did this happen twice?! Crazy!
The 81-year-old’s spokesperson, Ted Goodman, said in a statement obtained by NBC News on Monday that Rudy’s “recovering from pneumonia and is being monitored as a precautionary measure.” Rudy was diagnosed with restrictive airway disease after the 9/11 attacks, which adds “complications to any respiratory illness.” In this case, he required “mechanical ventilation to maintain adequate oxygen and stabilize his condition.” The rep shared:
“He is now breathing on his own, with his family and primary medical provider at his side.”
