Joe Giudice and the law are NOT friends.
On Thursday, a judge sentenced Joe with a $10,000 fine and took away his license for two years for attempting to use his brother’s ID to get a driver’s license while his was already suspended.

Yeah… Giudice hasn’t always made the best decisions.
The presiding judge originally wished to give Joe a harsher sentence (dude has 39 prior suspensions!) but he felt sympathy for the reality star’s kids — considering they already have one parent, Teresa Giudice, in jail.
Sheesh! We wonder who will drive Joe and Tre’s four girls around now — will auntie Melissa Gorga step up to the plate?
We just hope Juicy Joe has FINALLY learned his lesson for the sake of his kids!
