Michael Jackson’s dad wants an enormous amount of money as compensation in Michael’s wrongful death lawsuit.
According to lawsuit documents, Joe Jackson is looking for somewhere between $10-$500 million from Dr. Conrad Murray.
Here’s the breakdown of where that money will go, according to Joe:
-20% for loss of support
-40% for emotional distress
-40% for loss of comfort, aid, society, and companionship
Whether Joe’s number ends up being $12 million or $496 million, Dr. Murray is going to have serious problems, because according to the doctor, he’s broke and his insurance company refuses to cover ANY settlement, regardless of the $$$ amount.
Sounds like this could get messy, quickly.
