John Galliano & Grace Coddington Have Their Own Punk-Themed Reunion In New York

John Galliano may not be attending the Met Gala tonight, but he’s got the punk theme DOWN!
The designer and Parsons professor hung out with Vogue‘s Grace Coddington in Manhattan on Sunday, looking as cray as you’d expect in a cable-knit sweater vest, plaid and camouflage shorts, and knit knee socks worn with sandals.
And despite her poufy, flame-red hair, Grace managed to fade into the background in her slouchy black slacks and double-breasted coat.
Although, who wouldn’t when standing next to John???
We’re definitely sad that the former Dior designer won’t be at the Met Ball tonight, since so many of his cutting-edge designs are going to be on display, but apparently that would mean taking one too many steps.
His publicist Liz Rosenberg put it thusly:

“One step at a time, and that├óΓé¼Γäós one huge mother f – – kin├óΓé¼Γäó staircase.├óΓé¼┬¥

Well, we’re sure John and his peeps know what’s best for him!
