This HAS to be a joke, right? Right?!?!? Ha ha ha??
John Mayer posted a photo to Instagram recently that has a LOT of people talking.
In it, he poses with pal Ricky Van Veen and both of them have some of the weirdest, most plastic-looking skin EVER!! They’re like the life-size dolls of our nightmares!

But even though they may look odd, the pair posed pretty seriously in the photo. And John’s caption was equally serious! He wrote:
“So good to see my friend Ricky again. It’s been a while.”
Huh…
Well, Ricky IS the founder of CollegeHumor, so we wouldn’t be surprised if the two were just messing with people.
After all, this Photoshop job is WAY more obvious than the edits Kim Kardashian and Beyoncé have tried to sneak past their fans!
Regardless of WHAT John was going for, we are sufficiently freaked out! LOLz!
