Jon Gosselin is taking Kate Gosselin back to court!
This time? He’s suing for primary custody of their sextuplets!!
Jon wants to sue Kate so his 9-year-old kids can live with him and get a chance at a normal childhood and claims that they live in “fear,” saying:
“They live in fear of Kate. Every time I see them, they tell me they want to live with me.”
Jon claims Kate violated their custody agreement by not even giving him the option of watching Aaden, Alexis, Collin, Hannah, Joel and Leah, when Kate took their older twins out of Pennsylvania.
He’s going to file his suit as soon as he can afford the lawyer fees, saying:
“First, I├óΓé¼Γäóm going to file for an emergency petition for contempt… The next step is to fight for custody. It├óΓé¼Γäós the only way I can protect the younger six.”
He can’t bear to see his kids suffer anymore, like how the older twins Mady and Cara suffered through the world’s most awkward TODAY interview.
What’s confusing is we’re not sure Jon’s kids actually want to go with him!
His older daughters apparently haven’t talked to him for 9 months!
We don’t know who to believe, we just hope those kids end up in a positive, loving environment.
