This week has been especially difficult for Jonas Brothers fans after the pop trio officially announced their breakup on Tuesday!
When the moment came to begin the discussion of splitting up, Nick Jonas, who spearheaded the chat, confessed that everyone went “into a bit of trance.”
He continued:
“You prep a million ways. There was sort of a shut-off that happened. It took some time, about 24 hours or so, before we could really talk about it. There were tears and yelling from everybody.”
At first, Joe, 24, and Kevin, 25, said they were shocked by the news Nick shared about potentially calling it quits with the group.
Joe revealed:
“Kevin and I thought we were going into a meeting about releasing some of the music we’d been working on.”
And Kevin added:
“It was the most real, the most intense conversation that we’ve had in our lives together.”
Ultimately, the duo is focusing on family now—and will mostly likely start their own individual ventures in the future!
