After last week’s court order for Jon and Kate Gosselin to return all money taken from their joint bank account, Jon’s attorney, Mark Heller has been telling everyone that his client is in “complete compliance” with the courts and that Kate is not!!!!
“Unless something happens today [with Kate] she will be going through contempt proceedings Monday,” said Heller.

On claims that Jon returned the $180,00 he took from the account, he would not confirm the bloated figure!
“I can tell you that we├óΓé¼Γäóve done what we needed to do to extricate Jon from any issues concerning contempt,” he continued.
Jon may be safe from legal scrutiny, but just wait till his eight kids turn on him!
