Whoopi Goldberg took to the stage at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards to not only present a stunning tribute to the life of Whitney Houston, with performances from John Legend and Jordin Sparks, but also present her daughter, Bobbi Kristina, with the Millennium Award in honor of her mother.
