Yes, it’s true. His rep confirmed that he will marry his assistant, Kathryn Boyd.
And who ever said you shouldn’t mix business with pleasure?

An insider revealed Kathryn and the Labor Day actor got engaged last month. They’ve been dating ever since March of 2013, only a month after announcing his split from Diane Lane.
After getting engaged, Josh and his new fianc├â┬⌐ flew down to Cabo San Lucas to celebrate, where they were spotted being “all over each other.”
This will be marriage number three for Josh, so we’re hoping the third time’s the charm!
