Dancing With The Stars and occasional country singer Julianne Hough was looking like a haute couture mess at the CMAs Wednesday night.

Ryan Seacrest‘s main squeeze wore a Georges Chakra Couture gown that had WAY too much going on.

Also, we’re not loving her light brown locks or the way it was styled.
