Backpedal, backpedal, GO!
The Talk‘s Julie Chen did not hold back in giving her honest opinion of The View‘s newest addition Jenny McCarthy This week.
When Julie and Sharon Osbourne stopped by Howard Stern‘s radio show, Julie said:
“No one wants to hear Jenny McCarthy talk about the New York mayoral race or politics.”
It sounded like throwing some shade to us, but Julie may not want to go as far as all that! Now she’s putting some positive spin on her comments.
According to Julie, what she actually was doing was offering constructive criticism! She says:
“Jenny’s personality is more suited for a show like The Talk. She’s funny, she’s charming, she’s beautiful, she’s smart…
But I said you know, The View, what put them on the map was they were a show where women from different walks of life discussed politics. But now with Jenny there they don’t know what to do with her talent. And the show has lost its way, is my feeling.”
Well, that definitely is a horse of a different complimentary color from her comments yesterday. But the gist is the same- gurl still thinks The View with Jenny ain’t workin’!
Will this be enough of an olive branch for peace Talks to resume between the warring shows?
