Justin Baldoni Offered 'Miracle' Home To Multiple Families In Aftermath Of LA Fires!

Justin Baldoni Offered 'Miracle' Home To Multiple Families In Aftermath Of LA Fires

Justin Baldoni is helping out those in need following the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles this month.

On Thursday, John Kim, aka “The Angry Therapist,” took to Instagram to reveal that the filmmaker and his wife, Emily Baldoni, offered up their home to his family after they lost their house in Altadena due to the fires “a couple of weeks ago.” And it wasn’t only his family the couple helped! They also let another family join John at their place! Wow!

The Angry Therapist Podcast host wrote about how lost his family was after losing their home:

“In the first 6 days, we slept in 5 different beds hopping around hotels and Air bnbs. Then I got a text from @justinbaldoni and @emilybaldoni offering their home to us. I don’t know them that well so I declined, didn’t feel comfortable with it.”

However, Justin “insisted” John and his family stay at their residence since he, Emily, and their two children were going away to Hawaii “to get away from their own s**tstorm.” We all know that “s**tstorm” is the actor’s ongoing legal drama with It Ends With Us co-star Blake Lively!

John then told Justin and Emily he “was with another family with two kids,” and the Clouds director did not hesitate to invite them into his home too:

“So for the last week and a half two families have been staying in their home. And it has truly been a miracle and a gift. It has given us space, breath, and some peace. Kids are playing and laughing. We are sharing meals and able to reset and figure out our next steps. Their home has been and continues to be healing in so many ways.”

Justin must have helped them breathe such a sigh of relief during a difficult time…

BTW, according to John, no one forced him to tell this story! He says this isn’t some tactic from Justin’s team to paint him as some great guy amid the drama with Blake! He just wanted to share his positive experience with the Jane The Virgin alum:

“Listen, no one is telling me to post this. Not him or his team. I am posting this is because it’s my experience of them. And as a therapist, character and values can not be compartmentalized. They are revealed in everyday life and ripple into all areas. I don’t know what happened on movie sets and board rooms. I was not there. But I do know how one kind and compassion family has helped us.”

While John doesn’t want his post to be used to “take a side” in the feud, he does hope it helps “to get rid of how fast we throw stones on the internet and destroy real lives” for “all sides.” He continued:

“And if you watch the video, this isn’t just about the offering of a home. The way they show up in the world has checked me in the way that I show up. So now I’m running my men’s group here this Sunday (what I used to run in my garage) to create the same space Justin and Emily to a dozen other men. And that is the power of the human exchange. Because we are all catalysts. What if Justin is the catalyst to cripple cancel culture, giving ‘It ends with us’ a whole new meaning. I HOPE YOU SHARE THIS.”

See the post below, which includes a “personal video” thanking Justin for his generosity:

At this time, neither Justin nor his wife have reacted to John’s message. But does this change your side in the It Ends With Us legal drama, Perezcious readers? Let us know in the comments below.
