We are learning ALL sorts of interesting things about the gal who trusted Justin Bieber enough to drag race her around DRUNK this morning.
One of those interesting things is that she seems to like naughty behavior, as we├óΓé¼Γäóre guessing based on her foreboding handcuff necklace in the photo above. Another fun fact is that she’s a self-proclaimed ├óΓé¼┼ôeyebrow connoisseur├óΓé¼┬¥!
We reported on it earlier, but we got to thinking …just what does it take to be one of those?
Well! You have to own a nice pair of shapely eye bristles for starters, and then you have to know how to WERK those puppies!!

OH, and it helps to be SO incredibly into eyebrows that you├óΓé¼Γäóve even made your own eyebrow brush — which Chantel has also done! DANG!!
