Over the course of six months, JB threw three parties that were busted up by the cops and he incited MANY complaints from his fed up neighbors.
Wow, we can TOTALLY understand why Biebaroo outstayed his welcome!
While there’s no word as to where Justin will move next, we just hope he becomes a better neighbor!
