The pop star’s longtime manager Scooter Braun recently talked about what The Biebs is putting out next, and said:

“He’s excited to share where he is with the world next year. It will shock some people and make others really happy.”

But what about Bieber’s behavior? Will that continue to shock people too?

Not at all! Scooter said that JB is going to be “the man people want him to be.”
