Even though the odds were against him in the UK, most likely due to the simultaneous release of Cheryl Cole‘s album A Million Lights, Justin Bieber‘s Believe has topped the The Official UK Albums Chart for the week of June 20th!
The pop sensation took to Twitter to show his appreciation to his fans:
