Kailyn Lowry is officially an author for the second time!
On Friday, Kailyn finally released the details on her children’s book to be released in November of 2015. The project, titled Love Is Bubblegum, was inspired by her first son Isaac which is totally adorable. The work is a big departure from her memoir, Pride Over Pity, which detailed her struggles with teenage motherhood.

According to the Teen Mom 2 star, the concept for a children’s book occurred after Isaac asked the hard to answer question, “What is love?” The momma of two explained:
” I thought this might be a good concept story for a children’s book, so that’s when I took it and ran with it.”
The book, illustrated by Fuuji Takashi, is a collection of responses to the enigmatic question “what is love” from children aged 4-9. Sounds super cute!
So, is Lowry scared of what her “haters” will have to say about the title, considering she and her husband, Javi Marroquin, recently went through some ROUGH times?
The reality star quipped:
“My haters…they are going to be questioning the title and how can I explain love to a little one or my kids when I don’t even display love for my husband on the show. My kids were and are my first true loves. I never really knew what it was like to love somebody unconditionally until I had my kids.”
That statement probably rings true for every parent! Kids are such life changers!
