Before Lewis Hamilton got with Kim Kardashian, he was pretty damn good friends with her then-husband!
We recently heard the news that apparently Kanye West is pretty jealous over his ex wife’s new relationship with the F1 driver. But is the jealousy really coming from Kim with a new man? Or could it be he feels like she stole his friend?!
In case you didn’t see our last report on it, Kimmy Kakes and Lewis have been vibing for years. All because the racing driver has been great friends with the KarJenner crew since the early 00s when he was dating Nicole Scherzinger. And who did he end up becoming besties with? Ye.

You see, the 44-year-old athlete has always been passionate about music. It’s one of his biggest hobbies when he’s out of the car, and for a while he and Ye bonded over that. In fact, back in 2015, the Yeezy founder actually invited him to a family Easter gathering to work on some tunes and spend some time with his loved ones!
Back in 2015 while giving a speech at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, the Runaway rapper revealed he’d been working on some music with Lewis and hanging out with him a lot:
“Lewis Hamilton’s over at my house and we’re playing some music in my studio. We’re having an Easter brunch and all of the family’s there, my wife’s family, my friends, everything. And everybody’s like, ‘What is this music?’ And I’m like, ‘It’s Lewis Hamilton’s music’. They’re like, ‘Oh my God. It’s good, it’s really, really good’.”
OMG!
FWIW, Lewis didn’t end up releasing this music Ye loved so much. But whoa. The fact the rapper was close enough with the guy to invite him over to such an intimate family gathering? No wonder he feels “weird” about seeing him with Kim!
