What are you trying to say, Kanye West?
On Monday, the Famous rapper tweeted nine videos from cartoonist Scott Adam‘s Periscope — titled “Scott Adams tells you how Kanye showed the way to The Golden Age. With coffee.” — which was filmed over the weekend.

In the clip, the 60-year-old — best known for creating the Dilbert comic strip — defines “the Golden Age” as “a time where everything is going right,” and claims Kanye’s success is proof that things like racism can be overcome with positive thinking.

Adams is a vocal supporter of Donald Trump who praises the President’s “persuasion style,” especially his “linguistic kill shots.”
In a 2006 deleted blog post, the author questioned the official death toll of the Holocaust, allegedly writing:
“Is it the sort of number that is so well-documented with actual names and perhaps a Nazi paper trail that no historian could doubt its accuracy, give or take ten thousand… No reasonable person doubts that the Holocaust happened, but wouldn’t you like to know how the exact number was calculated, just for context?”
In another deleted blog post, the animator seemingly supported men’s rights, arguing:
“The reality is that women are treated differently by society for exactly the same reason that children and the mentally handicapped are treated differently. It’s just easier this way for everyone.”
On Monday, Adams said he was actually “mocking men’s rights activists.”
Fake news again. I once wrote a blog post mocking men’s rights activists. That makes me the opposite.

After Kim Kardashian‘s husband tweeted out Adams’ videos, several far-right personalities — including Mike Cernovich, Gateway Pundit contributor Cassandra Fairbanks, and Alex Jones — took notice. It’s important to note that Adams is a regular guest on Jones’ talk show Info Wars.

Over the weekend, Yeezy wrote kind words about YouTube star Candace Owens, who has been accused of having far-right opinions.
I love the way Candace Owens thinks

That same day, after telling West, “Please take a meeting with me. I tell every single person that everything that I have been inspired to do, was written in your music,” Owens denied being “far right” and insists she is just “free.”
Far right? Allow me to clarify: I believe the black community can do it without hand-outs. I believe the Democrats have strapped us to our past to prevent us from our futures. And I won’t stop fighting until all black Americans see that.
I’m not far right—I’m free. pic.twitter.com/wtqCuYPtM2

Not surprisingly, some fans are not feeling Kanye’s new Twitter friends, and believe he is being “redpilled,” which is slang for when a liberal becomes more conservative.
If you had “Kanye West gets redpilled” in your 2018 predictions bingo card, congratulations. pic.twitter.com/EmYEPhLkTT
