Kanye West has found himself in some more legal trouble.
A man, choosing to remain anonymous, has come forward to sue the rapper for an alleged 2024 incident. The John Doe accused Ye of sucker-punching him in front of a hotel in WeHo. And this story is CRAZY, y’all!
In legal docs obtained by TMZ, this man claims that he was sitting at a table when Kanye approached and punched him in the face, which “knocked him to the ground”. He says he “hit his head and lost consciousness” and that Ye “repeatedly punched him as he lay unconscious on the ground” after that.
WTF?!

Well, the man is claiming Ye thought he falsely accused him of harassing women at his party. From there, he claims the Runaway rapper “repeated and embellished these lies during a widely viewed podcast appearance, exposing plaintiff to public scorn, suspicion and ridicule”. Oh man…
The anonymous plaintiff is suing for battery and infliction of emotional distress. It’s unclear what amount of damages he’s seeking in this suit. As of this writing, Ye has not reacted to the suit.
