The Dancing With The Stars hottie showed up to the red carpet in a stunning metallic and black mini dress that had seksi sheer panels on the sides and back.
Unfortunately, one of the sheer panels showed enough side-boob to potentially flash some nip. But fortunately, Karina had already thought of that and preserved her modesty with pasties!!!
The pasties were slightly darker than her skin color which was vaguely confusing for onlookers, leaving many convinced they had just caught a glimpse of the dancer’s areola.
