Cheeky gal, that Kate Beckinsale!
Rumors are flying that she and Pete Davidson are a thing, after the pair was spotted getting close and eventually leaving together after a Golden Globes after-party this past weekend — and now, Kate has spoken out!

It all started when the 45-year-old British star posted a throwback picture of her mother, Judy Loe, to her Instagram account earlier today, as you can see (below):
That caption — ha!!!
And clearly, Kate was feelin’ herself today, because she got just as cheeky in the comment section, as well, when a fan asked about the Saturday Night Live star.
The user, ignoring the photograph itself but commenting more generally on Kate’s love life this week, posted (below):
“Dear heavens, Kate. Not Pete Davidson.”
And Beckinsale — ever the jokester — took it right in stride, commenting back (below):
“No that’s my mother. Easy mistake.”
Ha! Not bad!!
Now, if any sort of public flirting with Pete continues, maybe Kate will have to actually comment on it for real — but for now, this is what we get!
