Smash may have been cancelled, but the real life drama between the cast and crew is the gift that keeps on giving!
On Sunday cameras caught actress/American Idol finalist Katharine McPhee engaged in a round of tonsil hockey with the show’s director, Michael Morris!
Typically no one gives a chicken-fried crap about kissing, hand-holding, or other PG-rated displays of public affection, but this was different because both lip-locked parties are MARRIED TO OTHER PEOPLE!!
We know Miz McPhee’s marriage to much older producer Nick Cokas is clearly on the rocks — they’ve been separated for a while now — but apparently her kissing partner found himself in much hotter water!!
He didn’t have permission to stray from wifey Mary McCormack, and now he’s reportedly been kicked out of the house!!
All this domestic dramz and talk of home-wrecking has Katharine super red in the cheeks.
A source close to her side of the situation revealed:
“She is SO embarrassed she was caught. She should have known better!”
Yikes! Maybe if she didn’t want to get caught she shouldn’t have swallowed his spit in broad daylight!!!
Either way, it takes two to tango. And to kiss. Which is what they did.
