It’s official. Kathy Griffin has been selected as Joan Rivers‘ replacement on Fashion Police!

According to sources, the deal has been made, and Kathy will be joining the ranks of Melissa Rivers, Kelly Osbourne and Giuliana Rancic.
Earlier, Kathy admitted to having been offered the job, and how she was initially on the fence about taking it:
“I don’t know if the situation is correct at this time for me, or right for me at this time.”
According to sources, the program will no longer be weekly, but will be reserved only for award shows and other special occasions as event programming.
On the subject of Joan, Kathy had nothing but the highest of praise for the comedienne’s influence on her:
“It’s hard to know where to begin with how Joan Rivers changed my life, but I do know I would not be doing what I do if it weren’t for Joan.”
We still miss you Joan, but we think that if anyone should be your replacement, it’s the AH-Mazing Kathy Griffin.
