Kathie asked Martin several questions about his wife, their marriage, and then pretty much invites the two of them over for Sunday brunch before Martin graciously puts a cap on the cray and tells her something she WOULD have known if she├óΓé¼Γäód done her homework…
Martin’s wife Nancy died of ovarian cancer almost two years ago!!
Dayum!! You just put the “awww, awww, did she really say that?” in awkward.
Kathie came back from commercial break with a sincere apology but this is not a mistake someone with her experience should ever make.
