Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are still going strong!
Despite “false reports” that the super low-key couple split back in June, the two were spotted out for a dinner date at TAO restaurant in NYC on Monday night.
Foxx was in town for an appearance on The Tonight Show the same evening, so sounds like it was just the right mix of work and play!

A source tells E! News that the multi-hyphenate Oscar winner and 39-year-old mother/actress arrived at the restaurant together in a black SUV.
Foxx helped Holmes step out of the car, but the pair entered the hot spot separately.
Suri‘s mom was summer date night ready in a matching two-piece white eyelet crop top & shorts, pairing her outfit with strappy nude sandals and a red Dior handbag.
While it looks like things are back on for good this time, we can expect the two to remain as private as they’ve always been.
Once split rumors were squashed last month, a source previously told E!:
“They still plan to keep their relationship private. This is what has worked for them and what they are comfortable with. They aren’t a couple who is going to stroll down the street holding hands.”
We’ll just have to continue to settle for sightings like these!
