Katie Holmes and her stylist slash business partner of five years Jeanne Yang have split as partners of the fashion line Holmes & Yang.
The label itself is now defunct, naturally, and the final collection was shown back in February of last year.
A source cited “interpersonal conflicts” as the reason for the split, saying: 16
“Jeanne enjoys the spotlight way more than Katie does. Things have definitely soured between them.”
Earlier reports had alleged that Jeanne had leaked private information about Katie’s divorce from Tom Cruise to the press, which further drove a wedge between them.

But they’ll always have the memories! Like that time Rihanna wore one of their suede creations in Australia!
It was fun while it lasted!
