Katy Perry took our breath away at the Hammer Gala on Saturday!
The Part of Me songstress took the stage in a glittering confection of fabulousness aka an Elie Saab gown as she serenaded the audience with her sugary sweet pop songs.
As much as we love our Kandy Kween’s crazy costumes, the occasional showstopping gown is always welcome.
