For her fourth (!!) outfit change of Sunday night, the Dark Horse donned an icy blue gown, featuring a tightly fitted bodice with an almost fish scale resembling fabric.
So under-the-sea sexy! Especially with Katy’s boobage ready to burst!
And while she didn’t have the time to play with a new ‘do, she did swap out her earrings for a more classic pair.
