In May of last year, Katy Perry‘s manager Steven Jensen told press that she will release a new CD in 2016!

Fast forward to Monday, it appears the Teenage Dream singer is not only keeping her promise, she is teasing fans as to what direction her new music will go in!
She posted on Twitter :

What exactly does this mean?!
We believe this is the 31-year-old’s way of saying her new LP will have more of a dance/electro/uptempo vibe! Kind of like her song Walking On Air off Prism!
Regardless, we seriously can’t wait for Katy’s new release! It’s been too long, girl!
