Katy Perry is in Japan promoting Prism, and during a photocall on Tuesday, she once again dressed up in the innocent schoolgirl style she’s been sporting lately.
The Twitter queen picked an embellished black mini dress featuring contrast cuffs and a Peter Pan collar that gave off super youthful vibes. But since Katy looks WAY younger than 29, and has a totally whimsical energy, she pulls it off!
The singer styled the frock with sheer black tights and low-heeled mary janes for an extra dose of girlish charm.
So sweet!
